Mainwaring-Burton - The engagement is announced between George, eldest son of the late Mr Piers Pratt and of Mrs Pratt, of Ryston, Norfolk, and Constance, daughter of Mr and Mrs Guy Mainwaring-Burton, of Preston Candover, Hampshire.

(Edward Roger) George (b 1989 reg Q1 Cambridge) s of (Edward Roger) Piers PRATT (1956-2014), scion of the gentry family of that name of Ryston and of the BATH marquesses, TORRINGTON viscounts, CORK earls, DUNLEATH barons, etc etc, by his 1983 m (reg Q2 Hampshire) to Sarah A L (b c1959 reg Q1 London) d of Andrew TILLEY and _ MEAD. 

Constance Elizabeth (b 1989 reg Q1 London) d of Guy Anthony MAINWARING-BURTON (b 1956), scion of the Irish gentry family of that name, and Bridget Mary (b 1958) d of Maj John Roland Christopher RILEY (b 1925) and Penelope Anne HARRISON (b 1926, whose maternal gf was 3rd Baron BURNHAM (1864-1943)).

Constance Mainwaring-Burton is a descendant of King Charles II and Moll Davies through the Jacobite 3rd Earl of Derwentwater (see Anya Seton's novel Devil Water):
