He was son of Sir Francis Loring GWYNNE-EVANS, 4th Baronet (1914 - 1993) and Elizabeth ffORDE-TIPPING (Debrett's spells her first name Elisabeth). He succeeded as 5th Baronet on the death of his father but did not use the title and never appeared on the Official Roll of the Baronetage.  He m 2003 (Francoise) Lucy SALDES, no issue. The death of his wife Lucy was not known to us, and Debrett's records it as simply before Jan 2023.

He is succeed by his nephew (Sir) Guy Edward Francis EVANS-TIPPING (born 1978), who m 2017 Charlotte KNIGHT, and has issue a son (Leo, b 2019) and a dau (b 2021)

Peacefully, at home. Husband of the late Lucy, son of the late Elizabeth Tipping and Sir Francis Gwynne-Evans, brother of the late Christopher Evans Tipping and Carolyn Tipping. He will be sadly missed by his nephew and niece Edward Tipping Toner and Evelyn Egan, by Eamon Toner and his wife Patricia, Edward’s partner Stacie Carolan, Guy Tipping and Amy Tipping, his relatives and friends. He is deeply mourned by his siblings Melody, Tristan, Teo, Clelia, Soraya, his stepmother Gloria Gwynne Evans and Soraya’s husband Donald Ruissenaars and her daughter Aisha Perks.

At Rest
Reposing at Bellurgan Park (Eircode A91 PK40) on Thursday evening and from 2pm on Friday. Funeral Service on Saturday at 11.30am in St. Mary’s Church, Ballymascanlan. Burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
