From the Telegraph and Times of 13 July 2017: HASKARD  Phillada, Lady Haskard, Tragariff, Bantry, Co. Cork, Ireland, passed peacefully on 7th July 2017. Beloved wife of the late Sir Cosmo Haskard. She is greatly missed by her son Julian, daughter-in-law Michelle and three grandsons, Cosmo, Piers and Hugo. Funeral Service on Thursday 20th July at 2.30 p.m. at St Brendan’s Church followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry. Enquiries to Coakley Funeral Directors.

She was d of Sir Robert Christopher Stafford STANLEY KBE CMG (1899-1981) and Ursula CRACKNELL (d 1981). She m 1957 Sir Cosmo Dugal Patrick Thomas HASKARD KCMG MBE (1916-2017, died on 21 February), sometime head of the Irish gentry family of that name of Tragariff House, and had a son (who succeeded his father as head of the family):
