Annabel Lucy de Capell Brooke (nee Taylor), wife of Alexander Edward
Guinness de Capell Brooke, gave birth to a son, Charles Hugh, 30 Aug
2007, a brother for William and Isabella.

Alexander is a scion of the de Capell Brooke Baronets, of Oakley Hall
Kettering, (Cr. 1803, Extinct 1968), son of Mr & Mrs Hugh de Capell
Brooke. Eleanor Brooke, (niece of the 4th Bart) married in 1897,
Gerald
Seymour Guinness, & I think Alexander springs from this union. The
family are descended from the 2nd Lord Sondes, and the Pelham Dukes
of
Newcastle, &c.

Annabel de Capell Brooke is a daughter of Mr & Mrs Jeremy Taylor.

Quick question: if there is a Hugh de Capell Brooke who has a son
Alexander and 2 grandsons William and Charles, why exactly is the de
Capell Brooke baronetcy extinct?

I think that Alexander's actual surname is Guinness:

Desirée Ann Eda Welby, * 1904, +, Md. 1932, Capt. Gerald Richard de
Capell-Brooke Guinness, * 1889, + 1975, s. of Gerald Seymour
Guinness.
Hugh Welby de Capell Brooke Guinness, of Corby, Northamptonshire, *
1937, Md. 1966, Bianca Carla Renzo, d. of Col. Ranzo.
Alexander Edward Guinness, * 1968.
Caroline Isabella Guinness, * 1970.

Pleasure Brooke. I'm convinced these people change their names around
just to confuse us!
