From the Telegraph of 4 Dec 2023: COWEN Elizabeth Jane (née Holland) died peacefully at home on 26th November 2023 aged 56. Wife of Stuart and mother to Georgina and Henry. There will be a private cremation, with a service of thanksgiving next year.

She was d of William HOLLAND of Chaceley, Glos. She m 1999 Maj Stuart Huxley b 1960 s of Maj Rosslyn Fairfax Huxley COWEN 1919-2016 and as her 2^nd h Hon Shelagh Mary RANK 1923-2007 d of 1^st & only Baron RANK 1888-1972 and Hon Laura Ellen MARSHALL 1890-1971 d 1^st & only Baron MARSHALL OF CHIPSTEAD 1865-1936, and had a son and a dau as above.
