Family burial at St Thomas' Church, Upshire. He was s of 2^nd Baron NOEL-BUXTON 1917-80 (gs of Sir Thomas Fowell BUXTON 3^rd Bt 1837-1915) and his 1^st w Helen Nancy 1910-49 d of Col Kenneth Hugh Munro CONNAL CB OBE TD 1869-1949 by his 19 June 1901 m (Glasgow) to Kitty MacIndoe COCHRAN c1874-1952. He m 1981 Alison (Ally) D d of S J LIDDELL, and had a son and a dau:

Simon Campden BUXTON was the heir presumptive to the 4th Baron Noel-Buxton, his nephew.

The new heir presumptive, as outlined above, is his son Christopher John Noel (b. 1988).  Second in line is Christopher's only son Patrick Rufus Noel, b. 2019.
