Duchy of Lancaster

Mr. Toby Anstruther of that Ilk has been appointed as a Member of the Council of the Duchy of Lancaster with effect from 18th November 2024.

He was b 1968, the yr son of Capt Sir Ian Fife Campbell Anstruther Bt of that Ilk and of Balcaskie and was recognised by Lord Lyon as Chief of the Name and Arms of Anstruther and as Anstruther of that Ilk and Balcaskie.  I'm not sure whether he or his elder brother is hereditary Grand Carver of Scotland.
