Thanks Olivier, most interesting. I don't suppose for one moment the happy couple realise they're cousins.

Countess Charlotte was b 1925, d of Siegfried Victor, Count RABEN-LEVETZAU (1891-1965) and Pauline, Baroness VON PAPPENHEIM (1891-1974).

Source: http://www.genealogics.org/getperson.php?personID=I00589764&tree=LEO Which shows some American and British ancestors, including in the latter the families of

Bulkeley, Grosvenor, Venables, Blount, de Beauchamp, de Braose, the Fitzwalter earls of Hereford, Mortimer, Ferrers, the Warenne earls of Surrey, the Beaumont earls of Warwick and, of course, many, many descents from early English and French kings through those families.

One writer, Anthony J. Camp, lists Siegfried Victor, Count Raben-Levetzau, as a son of King Edward VII and Countess Raben-Levetzau (Lillie Suzanne Moulton). See his web site, anthonyjcamp.com, which has lists and notes from his book, "Royal Mistresses and Bastards: Fact and Fiction, 1714-1936." I have not seen the book, but the lists are fascinating.
