From the Times of 1 Feb 2023: LEEMING David Roger died peacefully on 1st January 2023, aged 75 years. Beloved husband, father and grandfather "Pom Pom". A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate his life will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Long Melford, Suffolk at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday 21st February. No flowers, please. He was son of Stanley James Robert LEEMING 1907-91 by his 1946 m reg Q2 Lancs to his 2nd w Ada YOUNG 1911-94. He m 1974 Geraldine Margaret b 1948 d of Antony Duke COLERIDGE 1915-2000 (gt gs of 1st Baron COLERIDGE 1820-94) and June Marian 1923-2017 d of George Frederick Charles CASWELL 1887-1947 by his 1920 m reg Q3 Berks to Florence May 1894-1984 d of George EDWARDS FRIBA 1854-1946 (architect) of Egham, Surrey and Florence d of Joseph Edward HODGSON (builder) and Mary _, and had two sons.
