I’ve spent the past 30 minutes enthralled in reading Rey Carr’s article “Fee-Based Peer Coaching and Peer Mentoring Groups: How Do They Work?”

I’ve known Rey for 20 years and am always humbled and immensely grateful for his seminal and expansive contributions to the field of peer helping. He is one of those people on whose shoulders we peer workers stand.
