Over the years, clients have been asking for more group coaching models. I confess that my knowledge of them is a bit stale.
By the phrase "coaching models", I mean a structure for guiding the questioning/coaching in a group, for example, to ask questions generally in the order of:
1. Head, Heart, Hands (or Think, Feel, Do)
2. ORID - objective, reflective, interpretive and directive types of questions
3. WIAL - reporting, clarifying, strategizing, action planning, and learning
4. GROW - goals, reality, options and will/actions
What other models have you used in groups?
Thanks!
