One of the most frequently reported outcomes from members of our various peer-based services over the decades has been strong networking and support. So we refined the design of our group coaching framework to focus even more on the outcome of support, so that others might benefit from it during this COVID-19 pandemic.
We're providing a free step-by-step manual and tools with the aim that almost anyone -- shop keepers, clerks, farmers, parents and health care workers -- can use them to organize their own virtual, confidential support groups to help people deal with the impacts of the virus. The tools can be shared with others, as well. We're also providing various means of ongoing help to the organizers.
We thank those from the Planning Committee of the Peer Learning Network who reviewed our materials. They were tremendously helpful in making sure that the resources will be even more accessible and useful to even more people.
We encourage you to look around the resources at the following website. If you want to form a support group to share support, we'd be honored to help you to do that.
(P.S. Please spread the word.)
Thanks!
