Hey Carter,

I'm not sure if this is how I respond to the google groups email you sent – guess I’ll find out if it bounces back.

I REALLY like your new website, 2.0! I did not see the first version, so don’t have that to compare it to.

Your video message is so full of compassion and genuine care. The information on the site is full of help and easily accessible for people looking for resources and ways to support people with the impact of COVID. The white space gives plenty of “visual breathing room” – it’s not too cluttered or crowded.

And the whole thing is oh so generous!!

Once it’s ready to share, I will pass it on to my colleagues and clients. Thank you.

I hope you both are doing okay in these long days and difficult times…

Warmly,

Debbie

Some of you will remember that my wife, Teri, and I have been building a
website to help people - anyone -- to help others to deal with the emotional
impacts of the COVID virus.

Some of you provided feedback to the first version of that website. Thank
you! Numerous others shared feedback as well. A dominant theme in that
feedback was that the site was overwhelming in content. (That is a common
theme in feedback to my writings over the years J So Teri and I completely
revamped the site, based on that feedback and also on more research about
peer helping.

Preliminary feedback to the updated site, from reviewers asked to review it
from the mindset of a complete novice to peer helping, is that it still has
too much content. That was hard feedback to hear. But after sitting with
that feedback for a while, we think it was a gift. (I continue to be
reminded of very insular I can get in my world.)

Here is our website version 2.0.

Thanks!
