The Executive Director will oversee the day-to-day operations among other responsibilities. The Director serves as SFWN’s liaison to a host of entities that include the Broward Behavioral Health Coalition through the Consumer Advisory Council, and other local community and statewide stakeholders.

 

·        Qualifications:

 

Minimum requirements include being a consumer of behavioral health services with personal experience and be willing to share their recovery story, act as a role model for other consumers, have leadership skills and a vision for the consumer/family movement in Broward County. Preferred applicants will be a Consumer Recovery Specialist certified by the Florida Certification Board and has been trained and utilizes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
