CLEAR Program Manager
The CLEAR Program Manager is responsible for the planning, organization and oversight of the administrative functions and day to day operations of the CLEAR Training and Access Line contract with the Department of Children and Families. The CLEAR Program Manager reports to the CEO.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The CLEAR Program Manager performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
· Collaborate with NAMI Executive Director and CLEAR staff to ensure daily operation is efficient and in accordance with program mission and goals
· Supervise Program Coordinator, CLEAR Line Coordinator, and CLEAR Line Operators
· Serve as program advocate, consultant, and liaison with a wide variety of state stakeholders and agencies and facilitates communication between DCF (Dept. of Children & Family Services) and the CLEAR team and executes agreed upon program changes and enhancements
· Oversee timely submission of data to DCF and back up to Contract/ Grants administrator for invoicing to DCF
· Ensure confidentiality and appropriate storage of any documents related to program.
· Ensures collaboration and regular communication within the framework of the program. This task includes but is not limited to facilitating meetings with Coordinators and other onsite staff, as well as conference calls with Operators (and Access Line Coordinator).
· Ensure and sign off on all time sheets to make sure monitoring of program is efficient and accurate
· Maintain program documents, forms, etc.
· Manage budget and track spending so that it remains within budget
· Process travel and expense reimbursements by team in collaboration with standards as set by DCF
· Ensure details of all training events are fully coordinated
· Ensure fidelity to deliverables and standards set by DCF. (This necessitates regular review of the contract).
Qualifications
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field
· Certification in Peer Support as “consumer” or “family member” preferred
· Minimum three years in mental health field
· Minimum one year working as certified “peer “ with others
Knowledge, skills and abilities
· Knowledge of and commitment to principles of recovery and self determination
· Ability to understand and meet minimum requirements of state contract
· Ability to oversee others, and manage a team
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, data entry
· Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and represent NAMI of Collier County as well as philosophy of State Contract
· Ability to do same as above with team members and NAMI Board members
· Mediate and resolve grievances by team members, or participants
·
Develop and maintain policies and procedures as program changes rolls out
