PEEF CAC Update 3-2-17

Hello PEEF CAC Members,

Thank you for your contribution at last week's meeting. The Co-Chairs are currently working with staff to finalize the recommendations memo which will be forwarded to the Board, PEEF CAC and the Superintendent upon its completion.

Information and dates to note:

• All Commissioners have received the draft materials that were reviewed by the CAC last week.  
  
• The final 2017-18 PEEF Proposal and the PEEF CAC memo will be forwarded to Board members and CAC members prior to 1st Reading on March 7.  
• As discussed by the group at last week's meeting, please connect with your appointing commissioner prior to the March 14 Board meeting to discuss the recommendations.
• March 7 Board Meeting - 1st Reading - Members need not attend, 2017-18 PEEF Proposal will be referred to the March 14 Board meeting.
• March 14 Board Meeting -  Presentation and Discussion of the 2017-18 PEEF Proposal. PEEF CAC recommendations presented, please attend and meet in the lobby at 5:30 to prepare.
  
• March 21 Board Meeting -  Final discussion and approval of the 2017-18 PEEF Proposal with or without changes.
