Hello pedometricians! The Soil Health Institute is hiring a Research Soil Scientist to lead modeling and reporting for a new soil health data portal. This role involves developing empirical models (multivariate and Bayesian) from spatially diverse, continental-scale
commercial farm data, performing QA/QC on multi-laboratory soil health indicators, and creating regionally relevant benchmarking tools that interpret soil health for farmers and advisors. We're looking for someone with a strong modeling background, experience
with modern data workflows (Python/R/PostgreSQL), and a collaborative mindset to work with scientists, developers, and commercial labs. The position is remote with occasional travel, pays $90-110K, and starts ideally by March 15, 2026. Applications are being
