Friday Night Spin Party

Hey Gang,

I've been asked to step in for Katie to host the Spinning Glow Party tomorrow night at Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. It's been a while since I've done a Spin party and I sure would love to have some friendly faces in the class. We Spin from 6 to 7 and then head out for libations and eats.  I'm not sure where they were planning to go but if there's not big screen TV's available to watch the game on, I say we change destinations. 

Anyway... It's for a good cause. Wear Pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Non members can attend for a donation of $10.00 that will go to Advocate Good Samaritans Cancer Center. Members, you are more than welcome to make a donation as well. There are only 22 bikes available so I suggest getting there early to claim one.
