I just want to remind you that registration is now open for 2015's first session of Cycle Camp. For the first time ever, we are offering 2-8 week sessions. The first 8 weeks will really focus on Base Building, the second 8 week session will work on building strength and speed. By the time we finish it will be Spring and you will be in prime condition to ride! Click to

If you are crazy like me and signed up for a half iron man this summer, do both! You will be ready to swim, bike and run as soon as the weather turns. You will be stronger and faster because of it!
