Hello Athletes,

I hope you had a wonderful, active summer! It's hard to believe that it is already over. I wanted to let you know that I am offering three classes at the Wellness Center that will help you stay in shape over the holiday season. 

First: AFT (Athletic Functional Training) Tues/Thurs 7:00 AM 
AFT is a no nonsense approach to staying in shape with 20 minutes of high intensity Spin, 20 minutes of complex strength training and 20 minutes of core and Yoga. 

Second: Master Swim Tues/Thurs. 5:30-6:30 AM
I offer challenging workouts for every level of swimming ability. This class will certainly help you improve your swim stroke. 

Last but not least: Winter Sports Training Saturday 8-9:30 AM 
This class is designed to help strengthen you for skiing or skating. It will help you improve your balance, coordination and endurance. Even if you aren't participating in any Winter sports, you will see great gains in your fitness.
