Registration is open for a great class I teach at the Wellness Center. 20 minutes on the Spin bikes doing interval work, 20 minutes of complex strength training and 20 minutes of core and Yoga. The class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:00. here is the link to register. This is a great way to improve your strength for cycling. Hope to see you there!
