White Store Rd

Last week I sent an e-mail about some coming development in the riding areas of MoCo and I was wrong about White Store Rd. I stopped today on a ride to read the public notice sign and is not for a big residential development as I feared but just for a new farm bunkhouse on the 411 acre property, which is part of the old Greentree Farm. The sign specifically says “no change in density”. I recall back in the day there was low white bunkhouse that workers seemed to use or stay in. This project must be to replace that whether for an actual working farm or just a retired gentleman’s farm. But no big development.
