How to donate biking clothes?

I remember that some time ago--perhaps years-- someone posted on this listserv info about an organization that would accept gently used bike clothing to give to aspiring competitors (or enthusiastic but financially poor riders).  I am now about to move and am clearing out some bike clothes I do 't use.  Does anyone know where/how I might donate them?  Because I'm moving, I'm no longer a PPTC member, but I do see mail from the pedalers listserv--or DM me (skla...@gmail.com).
