I'm sorry to say that the recent passing of Mark Pankin was my
inspiration to update the Google Docs spreadsheet that I'll be offering
to the club shortly. I'll appreciate feedback from any of you who are
willing to make a copy and kick it around a little.

I don’t think there will be a lot of interest in keeping track of millage in a separate spreadsheet, when there are so many automatic alternatives available, eg. STRAVA, Garmin, RidewithGPS.

Thought I'd add:

Though not sure why you'd want to do that...

Some people complained when the Pedalers didn't provide a mileage log a couple of years ago. There are still people who don't use Strava or RideWithGPS. Being someone who eschews carbon fiber and brifters, I am sympathetic.

There are still riders who do not use GPS devices and so on.  Some of those riders also like to keep track of mileage.  Those who don't want the spreadsheet don't have to use it.

I still use that spreadsheet.  I think he had already done the 2022 one before he died, because it was on his web site.

I track my mileage with a Wahoo. The rides automatically get logged (assuming I remember to charge the Wahoo). Wahoo would also automatically upload the rides to Strava and/or RwGPS if I set up the connections. However, I would still have to edit the ride post hoc to note which bicycle I was riding.  (Sorry; might not be a problem for some people.) I would also have to edit to include any notes. And so far I haven't discovered a good way to get an overview of multiple rides, over varied time spans, in any of those tools (short of using one of the APIs available which are very powerful but not usable without a lot of work.)

Therefore, I've been using a revised version of Mark Pankin's spreadsheet.  I have attached my revision for 2022. (Haven't filled in the past totals yet; and feel free to change the color coding for bicycles; and it's upgraded to the current version of Excel.) A while back, Mark even gave me some Excel advice on how I might summarize the rides by bike; still working on that, however. The Excel formulas in this sheet are a wonder to behold - I would thank Mark every year for his work.  I may add one more sheet to track maintenance and repair; however, that would have to span multiple years to be truly meaningful.  And a New Year's resolution is to improve my Excel enough so that I can produce a 2023 version.

For viewing ride data over time, something like this?
