Great job, everyone! This is great news. We have them backpedaling.     We are pressing our advantage with another rally tomorrow, March 26, at 5 p.m. at the corner of 15th Street and Constitution Avenue N.W.     The hastily-called rally is in conjunction with the National Bike Summit which is happening this week on Capitol Hill. While this rally will be smaller, it will be at a highly visible location at the height of rush hour. And we expect the participation of one or more U.S. Representatives as speakers.
