The western party looks good. I was out that way two weeks ago. I'm not sure about the first few miles, but it's worth riding to be sure before throwing it away.

Oland Rd as of today is closed off to local traffic only.  There are many alternatives.  The best IMHO is you can stand a mile of easy gravel is to continue south on Park Mills, take a right on Paige Rd, take a right on Greenfield and follow it along the river and back out to New Design.

We did this today.  You will be a hero for showing off the river along Greenfield unless it has rained heavily the night prior.
