Good luck seeing them out of the corner of your eye in the dark.


I hope someone sues the crap out of them.

Aren’t these scooters like bikes tracked by the firm thru GPS?  Maybe you should contact Bird to say that if they know someone left one along a stretch of a multi-use trail, they should pick them ASAP for the reason you mention.  The same would apply for the bikes.  I have seen them on the edge of the Capital Crescent Trail near Fletcher’s Boathouse which also is a hazard to cyclists.

Hmm, anything off to the side doesn't seem like a hazard or obstacle to me.

Try going 3 wide with a 2 oncoming cyclists or 1 jogger/cyclist passing with blinding headlights.

Sometimes these things are flat on the ground (knocked over) - good luck seeing it too!
