Out for a spin in MoCo today and noticed some more signs with public notices for coming residential developments, on White Store Rd and Shiloh Church Rd. Good grief. Yet more encroachment on the so-called ag preserve and our prime riding roads. At least these aren’t data centers like Frederick County is doing to Adamstown. This the day after I got my property tax bill that increased 30% from last year, including the elimination of a state income tax credit. Remind me again why we live here?
