Seeking Route that starts near Mt. Airy/New Market

I just found out about a Sunflower Festival next weekend at Gaver Farm. I'd like to lead a ride that starts at or near it. The address of the farm is  5501 Detrick Rd, Mount Airy, MD 

I've identified the location here on RWGPS and see that there are a lot of Heatmaps roads in the area: Gaver Farm Mt. Airy, New Market · Ride with GPS ( https://ridewithgps.com/routes/56913285) 

I found this route on RWGPS that appears to do the trick: New Market Loop · Ride with GPS ( https://ridewithgps.com/routes/9243889)

Anyone know the area and have thoughts about whether this would be a good route choice?
