I just want say that if you have a winning strategy that has been proven to work for you, always be very careful implementing new exercises. It is because of this reason I also want to give the following advises: 1. If possible use a mirror. An exercise which is good for PE will be verified to work just by looking how the chest moves during a specific movement (you will see it with your bare eyes). 2. Measure the depth often so you suddenly don't do something which halts the process or in worst case worsens the condition.
