I have PE and for that reason the last month I have been going to the gym 5 days out of the week. I dedicate one of those 5 days to chest workouts. I have noticed my pectorals have gained much muscle since starting. My chest is also getting a workout in a few of the other days. The PE has been the same though. I just recently came across Bjorn's page for PE and how to improve it by buying zero drop shoes and doing workouts. My question is, when i get my zero drop shoes and start to wear them everyday. Will I have to avoid using machines and dumbells to workout my chest at the gym? I know that one critical error can result in no progression. I want to be able to grow my pecs and gain muscle around my chest area but i dont want it to come at the expense of stopping my PE of improving. I've been on a good role at the gym the last month and don't want this to be on the back of my mind. Do I have to only do PE  exercises mentioned in the forum to improve my PE or can i continue to work on my chest at the gym and do both? I want to gain muscle and fix my PE at the same time.

I would recommend doing special push ups for PE and Sternum lifter 3. They booth builds the chest and lifts the sternum. I personally don't think that you must stay away from other exercises. If you really want to be on the safe side, I recommend doing regular measurements. Good luck!

Thank You.
