Hi there. I've already created another topic but I really feel like I need to make a new one so I can clarify some doubts. I'm sorry if creating more than one thread is wrong, I'll delete if it's necessary.
First of all, thank you very much Björn for having created this site and sharing your research, it is really helpful. It's like a little ray of hope in the middle of the darkness, at least that's how I feel about my PE. I really hate it (I don't even let my family see it) and it has been ruining my life since I was 10.

So, I'm planning on getting started before autumn (before spring if you live in the northern hemisphere) and I have some questions about what a I've read on the blog:

Except the shoes, the best and fastest thing to start with is to remove the pillow during the first 2 hours during the night and sleep on the back. Then the rest of the night with a pillow on both the left and the right side. This will help to fix the kyphosis related to PE which is a prerequisite for the sternum to lift out.

So... I don't know if it's because I'm not a native English speaker (please excuse me if my grammar isn't correct) but I can't fully understand what is said in that paragraph.
1. Are we supposed to interrupt our sleeping with an alarm to put the pillows on the bed after 2 hours?
2. After those 2 hours, do any of you have an image or something of how is it that we are supposed to use the two pillows? I'm sorry but I feel that the explanation is a little ambiguous or maybe I'm just idiot lol

And finally, about the shoes:
3. Do any of you guys know the Saucony Virrata shoes? That's the only zero drop I could find in my country (and I can't buy from another countries because I don't have a credit card). There is a blog where I read they weren't really zero dropped shoes, does anyone here knows if that's true? In case someone else is using those shoes, I could find the video and put it here if you want me to. These are really expensive shoes, at least in my country, and I don't want to spend a lot of money on some ugly shoes if they are not zero dropped.

Also, I've seen on the internet that zero dropped shoes are almost always really cold. Don't you guys freeze on winter?

I'm sorry for asking too many questions but I really feel very insecure and alone in this road. I think I really need a lot of support, I even thought about creating a secret Facebook group or something for people who use zero dropped shoes because of PE.

Anyways, thank you very much to everyone who read this, and thank you again Björn for the site.
:)

It is OK to create multiple threads. I don't think that you need to use an alarm bell to wake up after two hours. If you sleep like that longer it works fine. After that just sleep normally whith one pillow (2 pillows is in another post on my blogg, a discussion with "Ryo"). I'm not sure about the shoes, try to call the company that produces them to be sure. It works fine for me to use zero drop (quite thin) even during winter time, just not as hot as it used to be whith ordinary shoes. Deep snow is a little problematic though. I will try to get a pair that works for that as well. Hope I have answered all your questions.
