When I stand in a correct position with my shoulders pulled back, after a while, my hands start tingling just like I sat on it for 20 minutes. Is this normal, and will it stop later concidering this is my second day doing it?

Try to pull them back just a little into a natural position. Probably you have pulled them back to much. Your collarbones shall never go behind your ears. And also don't use it for too long periods. I recommend maximum 2 hours. If these advises don't work. Take a look at my post on my blog "Short Quick Start Guide" and just do that. It takes some time for the body to heal. It may take several months. Key to success is; slow progress. Don't hurry. 1 mm a week should be a normal progress rate.
