isnt most shoes are with no elevated heel? because all of mens shoes are usually with a flat and not elevated heel. how do i know if my shoe is with elevated heel?
also if i want to wear these shoes do i have to all day for results this my PE or just one hour of walking with them?

Almost all shoes are lifted up a little. It may look like the shoes aren't lifted up. You have to permanently use zero drop. Just search for zero drop shoes on the internet, and you will find a ton of information.

but i did the "marble test" (the one that you put a marble ball shape is the heel ) and the marble(the ball) didnt move/roll... so is it infact a zero drop shoe? by the way its adidas
