i'm 15 years old with PE...
i have just read your blog and i wanted to ask you to maybe put instead of an archive a category for tow sub PE exercises: ribs flare&sternum or at least concentrate them  on the same page..
also i didn't really figured out what to exactly do in each exercise..?
i wanted to ask if being young (15) can change something in the system of exercises and if its for the best or worse.

please comment i really want to make a change and it took me hours to get to this site!!
p.s.: can you explain why sleeping with no pillow will help lift the sternum?
thanks..

Hi, sounds good to hear that you are motivated and I have some plans for my blog that I am working on. I will soon create categories for all my posts so that exercises will be concentrated to one place. Videos will also be available in the near future which will make it easier to know how to do them.

There is no difference in how the body is built up if you are 15 or 4 or 25. Exercises are the same.

Explanation concerning the non-pillow thing: When you lie down on your back without pillow the upper back is both lifted up and straightened this in turn will make the ribs moving in direction of the sternum and the diaphragm will help lifting the cartilage and sternum where it is sunken in. If you lie down on your back pulling the head upwards the upper back instead bends down into the soft bed. It is quite easy to test the difference just by putting a hand on the upper back. This non-pillow thing is the same idea as standing up with zero-drop-shoes. You will naturalize the structure of the body this way.

Nice having you here!

OK i think i got it..
also i think that kyphosis and pectus excavatum have a relation, because due to the curve of the back(kyphosis) the sternum gets sunken and the rubs are flaring.
which also indicates that PE is not a born defect, therefore fixing kyphosis will help PE

is what i said make sense? is it possible?
if yes, there are many kyphosis exercises that fix it.

Hi,
Yes you are right about everything.

I MUST do it quite soon. I will hurry as much as I can. I have quite a lot to improve with my site.

thank you very much, all of your insights seems to be very helpful but it seems that i cannot under alot of it.. take your time to do it properly and thanks for everything!, one more question, my left rib flares a little bit more than the right, does it means that i have mild scoliosis? or is it just the structure of the rib?, also got posture in non zero flat shoes can help also?(by non zero drop i mean regular shoes that i think may be zero drop)

It is hard to say for sure but it is likely that you have a mild scoliosis but don't worry, I had that and it got fixed with no specific training.
