I have checked them out. Usually brands are very clear when a pair of shoes are zero drop. If the information isn't there=usually not zero drop. It is impossible just by look on the shoes to know if zero drop or not. They may look different inside so that the eye gets fooled. Because of the importance, please call the re seller to be sure. I don't dare to guess. By the way, nice having you here.

Yes, I do. But it is uncertain if it is possible to fix it 100%. My record is 95 fixed % at the moment. But the struggle goes on.

One way to know if the shoe is zero drop, provided you can come into physical contact with the shoe and the sole is even (doesn't have that raised ridge on the middle some shoes have), is by placing a round object, like a marble, into it and see if it rolls forward.

You can also modify the shoe with insoles (cut off the heel of the insole if needed), raising the front, or by removing some of the heel of the shoe directly.

I have been looking around. I strongly recommend to call the re seller to be sure. Also make sure that it is REAL zero drop. Some shoes are called minimalist which may have a 4 mm drop. That is not good.

I strongly recommend that you buy professional barefoot/zero drop. A small mistake and all your effort is for nothing. There is also one more thing in my revolutionary ideas and that is fixing flat feet. To fix the feet as well the toes must be able to lift up, it is during this sequence during the step the arches will be fixed. Flexible zero drop and you will fly like an aeroplane while walking and healing the feet as well. Tip: If you want to buy very inexpensive professional zero drop; the second hand market is quite big at least here in Sweden.

i have a little flat feet, are they connected to my pe?
and i have one other question: when im lying down without a pillow my ribs normally peak out pretty far. but if im contracting some muscles (i think the abs and some other muscles which are under my ribs) i can pull down my ribs completely so that there is only the little "hole" from the sternum, but this is at that moment a bit smaller. if i do this while lying down sometimes can this help to get over the rib flare? btw, im about to order a clavicle support and something to put over my ribs while sleeping ... :) and im looking around for zero drop shoes, but the ones i found so far didnt look very good :D

Yes, there is a strong connection between flat feet and PE (high mobility in the foot and thorax). If you can close the lower ribs while lying down as you described; it is a very good sign. Standing up with zero drop will most likely close them permanently. Use your muscles to close them may help a little. Almost everyone with PE knows about this phenomena.
