To those of you with zero drop shoes I must say that I am extremely happy to have you here. And I am happy to have others here too who intend to completely migrate to ZERO DROP SHOES. I can't repeat over and over again and constantly stress my knowledge concerning posture, zero drop shoes and PE, I hope that you understand that (I know you do). Therefore everything must be concentrated to this essential part of the recovery process and a strict rule must exist.
