All Norton Clark and Norton Scott physician practices, but not Norton Clark Hospital or Norton Scott Hospital, have integrated Epic. This best-in-class confidential, patient-centered platform will allow us to better manage patient care. The move to Epic will also give patients access to the Norton MyChart patient portal, which will replace all current patient portals.
Welcome to the MyKDH Patient Portal. Using the portal, you have access to your personal health information via a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. You may also message your physician (provider) and request an appointment. If you have not set up a MyKDH account, we can help. Contact Health Information Management at (812) 801-0520.
MyKDH is an online patient portal tool that helps you manage your healthcare information easily and securely. The MyKDH web portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It gives you the option to access your health information online or from your smartphone or tablet.
Please note: It may take up to four business days for information such as radiology reports or laboratory results to show up in MyKDH patient portal. Talk to your personal provider if you have specific questions about test or lab results. Certain reports and results may not be available at this time on the portal.
MyKDH passwords are encrypted, and URLs are rewritten so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and your authorized family members are the only ones who can access your MyKDH portal information. There is also a timeout feature built into the software. If you accidentally leave your portal page open, it logs you out after a short period of time without activity.
The purchase of Norton 360 Deluxe and Norton 360 Premium includes Norton Family (also known as Parental Control). Get its features and additional protection for your devices, online privacy and personal information, all in a single solution.
Parents can create a list of specific school-related, educational websites that can be accessed during the school day and can customize a block list for sites they know their child spends time on that may be a distraction.
Time Supervision
Stay on top of how much time your children spend on their devices. Foster healthier habits by scheduling specific times of the day or week each device can be used and how many hours a day can be spent on each device.
Instant Lock
Parents can help children take a break by locking the device, so they can re-focus, or join the family at dinner. Individual devices can be unlocked with a PIN. Parents and children can still contact each other while the device is in lock mode.
Norton Family gives parents tools to block websites and content topics while allowing children to browse the rest of the web more safely. With Norton Family, you can choose to block sites completely, or give your child a warning when they try to visit certain sites, but still enable them to browse after the warning.
Norton Family lets parents set a regular schedule for their child's devices. They can instantly lock a device if a child needs to take a break, or they can carve out chunks of time a child is allowed to use their devices and go online.
Popular browsers are supported, including Chrome, Edge, and FireFox. Parental Control portal access is not supported on Internet Explorer. On iOS and Android, the in-app Norton Browser must be used to get the full benefit of the features.
8 Video Supervision requires a browser extension on Windows and the in-app Norton Browser on iOS and Android. It monitors videos viewed on YouTube.com (but not YouTube videos embedded in other websites or blogs) and on Hulu.com (but only on Windows). It does not work with the YouTube or Hulu apps.

Credit score is a number that represents how reliable someone is at paying back money they borrow. It's based on things like their credit history and current debts, and it's used by lenders to determine whether to approve someone for a loan or credit card, and what interest rate to offer them. A higher credit score generally means a person is more likely to be approved for credit and offered lower interest rates.
To check your credit score online, visit websites of credit reporting agencies. After creating an account with them and verifying your identity, you will be able to view your credit score. You can also subscribe to Norton Identity Advisor Plus, which can help you see your credit score quickly and easily18.

You can check your credit score and report as often as you like. Checking your own credit report or score18 does not affect your credit rating in any way. In fact, it's a good idea to check your credit report regularly to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date and Norton Identity Advisor Plus makes checking your credit score and report easier than ever.
What is considered as a "good" credit score depend on the credit scoring model used. Credit scoring model used by TransUnion, for example, range from 300 to 850. A credit score of 721 or above is considered good, while a score of 781 or above is considered excellent.

As part of our transition from Bowling Green Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, our practice will begin using a best-in-class, secure and confidential electronic medical records system that will allow us to better manage patient care. This transition gives all parents access to an online patient portal called Norton MyChart. This will replace our previous patient portal.
Note that appointment times in reminder texts and in MyChart are in Eastern Time Zone. We are actively working through this issue, but in the meantime, we encourage you double check that appointment times are correct and that you continue to follow your central time zone appointment time
