Installation problems on Ubuntu

Someone recently had problems installing pebl on Ubuntu.

The error seemed to be in pydot, a pebl dependency. The person was
able to fix it by uninstalling python-pyparsing and python-pydot
(ubuntu packages) and installing the python packages from source.

Just adding this for the search engines.
