I bought this boat a year or 2 ago for a younger couple who needed a place to stay. I had plans to restore it properly after they moved out, but it's at the bottom of a long list of projects currently (too many boats!). I'd like to pass her on to someone who can give her some TLC and enjoy her. The boat needs a good thorough scrubbing/cleaning, but she sails well.

There are multiple sails onboard including spares, and at least one spinnaker. All are in serviceable condition, but could use a good cleaning as well, to be pleasing to the eye.

The atomic 4 was locked up before I bought the boat. I had plans to convert it to electric, but I also have an outboard bracket and outboard for getting in and out of the slip that i could throw in for a bit more scratch. ( I just use a dinghy most of the time currently)

Aside from the inboard needing rebuilt/converted/replaced most of everything else the boat needs are relatively minor projects, and well within the scope of your average DIYer.
