36-2 rehabbing portlight questions

Hi all, 

new question.  I have discovered that two of my opening portlights have begun to leak noticeably.  It appears to the a gasket seal issue an not -- that I can tell -- leaking from around the frame.

Boat is 1990 36-2 

Questions:

1. Are these lewmar portlights? I think they are but I'm not 100% sure.  
2. If they are lewmars, what size 7 corresponds to what I might have?  I see sizes such as 2,3, -7, but no lengths.  
3. The two I need to address are one small one in the v-berth and the regular shaped one in the head. 
4. If you have done some rehabbing on these portlights where did you get they refit kit, or how did you go about it?  

I attached a picture of a portlight for reference/style, but it's not one of the culprits (molding is taken off for inspection).
