Winter Storage - Cradle measurements

Hi Everyone,

As fall approaches I'm getting ready to pull my 422 out of the water and have purchased a trailer formerly used for a different boat.

I'm wondering if anyone uses a steel cradle or have it on jack stands who could measure the distances from ground to the top of the post?  the trailer I purchased was for a skinnier boat and as such the pads are quite high, about 4ft.

Hopefully someone has some info for me, I have about 30 days to get modifications complete.
