Hello Everyone,
I am the new owner of a 323 in Brooklyn.

She definitely sat for a while before i came along so I want to
flush the Penta.

Overall she seems to run very cool. I don't think I ever
went over a 120 degress at most after running for about half an hour
under
loadbut still I want to flush the engine before the season gets
underway.

I am looking to use Rydlyme Marine.
Does anyone have any experience using this
product?

Thanks
JVP

The original Volvos used in the 323 were raw water cooled so they will
run cooler than a fresh water cooled engine. Mine runs around 140 -
150. The thermostat is fully open at 165 degrees. I would check and
see if the either the thermostat is stuck fully open or missing.
