Dear Mr Aroraa,

This is to bring to your kind notice about the fire in the Powai high rise apartment.
During the mock demonstration before handing over to society we found that the fire system was not working properly.
Mr Vikrant Samse had said that certain parts had been stolen and the same shall be replaced.( se reply given in the attached letter from M/s RC)
Since then no mock drill has been done.
Also kindly check the validity of the Fire NOC.
You are requested to kindly instruct the Customer care for taking immediate action, arrange a Fire mock drill on any Sunday and handover the fire system in operational condition.
