Dear Sir,

This is the mail correspondence given by Mr. Ramanath, demanding 1 month rent as administration charges for issuing an NOC to let my apartment for rent.

This is not acceptable at all.

I am one of the 1st victim of this. Like this many other owners are also been forced.

Kindly address this issue also in the letter.

Also, please be informed that I am allowing Mr. Bhatija and family to stay in my apartment from 10-08-13. Relevant legal documents ( Registered agreement  & Police verification documents) has been carried out between us.

Hence I request you to advise the pearl building security, Facility Management team to keep my alloted parking free for our usage.

 

If there is any form / NOC to be filled in regards to lease, the same may please be sent to me immediately, so that I can give the information in prescribed format to you.

Agree with Mrs.Shweta. I too have been a victim by paying one month’s rent by cash without any receipt for letting my flat on lease. Request you to incorporate the same in your legal notice as this practice is unique to Runwal as no other builder charges the same before formation of society

All points agreed. But now lets be quick and send the letter as early. Lets take a legal opinion in case we haven't in coming days.
Round 2 can be magic bricks, 99 acres, commonfloors - same letter can go there online. CCI , CREDAI, some popular property based TV programs.

1) who should the letter be addressed to,if director then who
2) if send by registered post what if they dont accept,then how will we come to know,where it is returned.
3) we have not got signature from  d1 &d2 c tower
