Dear Mr Arora,

This is why i said that your team does not give correct information. Let me give some information & i would like Mr Vikrant to respond to the points, rather just replying that necessary action taken by Runwal. 

1) As per the common  security team of yours the breach has taken place 45 days back, & they have informed the facility team in the Runwal Pearl Site. 

2) We are aware of the incident, .: The breach was noticed by Mr Prakash Raspayle who is the Joint Secretary of Runwal Pearl Coral CHS Ltd .

3) Can i ask Runwal Constructions that if such a wall was being demolished why was no action till it got noticed by Residents ? 

4) Mr Vikrant has mentioned that action has been taken , which according to  us is the reconstruction of the wall back in the same position, don't think that the wall has been built back , if so then what does Mr Vikrant mean by action by Runwal Constructions.  

5) Mr Vikrant Says :  We have stopped the demolishing work : My query on the first place how come such a wall was demolished by Runwal estate without any permission.

6 ) Security Threat : Today the entire Runwal Pearl Complex is under lack of security as anyone , (unwanted elements ) coming from Runwal estate could enter Runwal Pearl through this point. Even after all this hue & Cry you have not posted Guards to protect the complex , this shows how callous are you towards the safety of the Runwal Pearl Complex Residents .

7) As per Vikrant : but still he is writing mails., I will keep writing till the wall is constructed back , besides i don't have any free time that i can use to keep writing emails to Runwal Constructions. I too have my busy Schedule but i have a responsibility to my Residents who have elected me as their secretary & have to get the situation Corrected . for the security of Coral Residents . 

I Hope Mr Arora you are getting the right information , Besides i would appreciate if you could come to the site & see the damage.

Aside Coral Residents : Your Coral Building is completely unsecure now as the wall is broken .

It looks like you dont have the mind to solve problems of the residents , when are you reconstructing the wall.
