Looking at the progress of the fifth tower, the construction activities in the barricaded area is likely to continue for another three years. Otherwise, let us ask the builder to vacate the barricaded area and hand over the possession.

As you are aware that we had the meeting with Mr Sandeep Runwal on 26th Dec’14 and he had directed you to ensure that for Coral Tower B designated visitors car parking be ear marked.
This is to inform that still the same is unresolved.
· Demarcation of designated visitors Car parking ( Refer attachment -Details of Car Parking Runwal Pearl 1, 2 & 3): Pls refer to the Occupancy certificate No 462 dtd 29/11/12 and the submitted Approval drawing no. TMC/TD-DP/TPS/214 VP No 2004/130 dtd. 30/11/12 ( 3/5) clearly showing 8 designated car parkings which were supposed to be provided in front of the reception of tower B. Except for 79 and 81 which are in front of reception remaining six are being provided between the buildings which we do not approve off. Kindly provide the balance six car parkings on the right handside of the reception between 70 to 75 or at the back from 55 to 65 nos which is not allocated to any resident as per the details of car parking attached( 1,2 & 3). Visitors parking has to be in the vicinity of Tower B and not coming within the offset areas of the building where chances of damage is there due to any object falling from top.
Some of our residents have been given in other areas so request you to kindly allot them in the vicinity of the basement next to our towers.
You are requested to also earmark all the other car parkings for tower D1 and D2 as cars without any car stickers are being parked in the designated car parks of Tower B residents which is a creating a nuisance. Pls issue them car stickers and inform the security personnel not to allow any cars without car stickers inside the premises.
You are requested to take internal approval and designate our Visitors car parking and also allotment of car park in our basement to residents of Coral Tower B only.

Dear Sanjeeva,
Reference to below subject regarding the provision if temporary parking to many of us whose designated parking lots have been barricaded by the builder, as expected we have received no response from the builder. Just would like to know if the society will take up this matter further with the builder or we who are affected can parallel write to the builder to expedite. Kindly advise.
The parking issue is quite serious as we are not likely to get the parking lots barricades removed in at least next 2 years.

Dear Shailesh,
While we shall continue to take up the issues with the Builder but all concerned can also take up their cases directly also.
The builder is not resolving the issues raised by the society in a time bound manner.
The society has approached the Legal metreology Department and awaiting their inspection of measurement of carpet area.
We have already taken a call in the Mgmt. Comm. Meeting held on 29th Mar’15 that as the builder is not listening so there is no choice but to issue a legal notice and ask for their response with resolution. The legal notice period is of one month.
Ivan/Shashank shall be sending a mail to all residents to deposit Rs.1000/= along with the maintenance fees of next quarter so that we may approach a legal expert and issue legal notice.
Based on the response of M/s RC we shall take a call of approaching the Consumer Court and CCI.

What is the issue? Why are you all not responding and resolving by taking internal approvals for visitor as well as car parks which are barricaded due to construction activity of M/s Runwal Constructions.
It is really sad how your team is functioning..and the amount of reminders are required.
Pls respond and resolve.
Also your swimming pool is not functional and also AC in the gym.

Pls note because of your non action the Runwal brand is getting eroded due to customer dis- satisfaction.
