Installation of Bio Metric

Dear Coral Residents,

As you are aware that during the last AGM we had discussed that as a measure of security we will install CCTV system in our Building in various locations, by now you must have seen that we have installed ZICOM  Cameras in the basement & the Ground Floor , & the basement staircase , Ground floor stair case,  we will be installing Cameras in the Lift also . 

Besides the Management  Committee felt that we should increase the security system at the basement & to achieving this, we are installing  finger print bio metric system in the basement at the 2 doors , In order to start this we want to capture your finger print . 

Tomorrow, 9th May 2015 ,  the ZICOM technical team will be at our Building in the ground floor lobby  from 10 AM to 12 AM to collect your finger prints. 

Requesting all the residents to cooperate & come to get the finger print impression. 

Please note that the system will be activated from 16th May 2015, We will close the doors & the Bio metric will be in place.

Hi Ivan,
Really appreciate all the efforts that are being taken by our society
members for a safe living.
Wish to inform you that I am out of town and will be back on 16th.
Also, I need to scan my parents' finger prints too and they will also
be available on 16th&17th.
Hence, a humble request to the technical team to visit next weekend
for us who are not available during this week.

Same is my situation. When I go to Thane , I shall inform you in advance for biometry please.
