Dear Sanjeeva,

Don't think putting shoe racks in the lobby can be a nuisance, security hazard or an irritant to anyone. Would request a discussion on the same during the AGM.

Thanks

Jyotil

Dear Jyotil & Residents,

The idea of sending the rules and regulations was that all of you go through the same and give your observations.

We need to implement the same w.e.f. 1st May’15.

In case most of the residents feel that a particular clause needs to be modified then during the AGM in May’15 which shall be called to  pass the audited accounts we shall change/modify. But the majority of the residents have to agree.

Also as the M/s RC is not responding on majority of the issues raised so we shall also discuss the next steps about going legal  and file in Consumer court/ Competition Commission of India.

Dear Mr Jyoti

I totally disagree with your statement . Putting Shoe rack in a lobby is not a good sign and it is not good for health and safety . No material should be kept in a lobby for any reasons. The entire lobby should be treated as a part of our home and should be clean on regular basis by FM team.

Also i am also disagree with Comments raised by commitee is regarding the fine. We are all residents of Runwal all the points to be sorted in close discussion and mutual agreement. We are not a municipality to impose fine on each other, but to maintain the rules and regulation everyone should obey the rules and regulation of the commitee.

Thanks and Regards

Dear All,

The whole purpose of sending the rules & regulations was to get feedback of residents and then to finalize in AGM after discussion and deliberations.

Dear Sanjeeva,

I would agree with Jyotil. It is fair to say that the Shoe Rack shall be allowed in the corridors. Any way, let us have a discussion on the same during the AGM.

Regards,

Shailesh
