While I thank and congratulate the management
committee for the successful implementation of the finger
print scanner system in the basement entrance, I would wish to
highlight one potential security breach that could be
possible.
The sliding window in the basement lobby is always open. When I attempted to close it today, I found that the latch for closing this window is broken. Any intruder will of course try to use all possible ways and means to intrude, not only through the doors but also through such windows.
Therefore, it may be important to fix this window lock and ensure to keep it closed all the times.

We have already ordered for grill at basement and GF passage window. It should be ready within a week.
